Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Unopened Products
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they remain sealed and in their original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return resulted from an error on our part.
After the returned product is received and approved, the product purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method.
Opened Products
Opened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase if all of the following requirements are met:
Approved opened-product returns are subject to a $10 processing, inspection, and disposal fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
The customer is also responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Opened returns are inspected to confirm refund eligibility, document any reported quality concerns, and to protect against misuse of policy. Opened products are never resold and will be disposed of after inspection.
No refund will be issued if less than 50% of the original product contents remain.
Return Shipping Requirements
All returns must be authorized before they are mailed.
Returns must be sent by USPS Priority Mail with tracking. We recommend using a padded bubble mailer or sturdy shipping box to protect the product during transit.
After mailing the return, please provide the USPS tracking number by replying to your return-authorization email or through the Contact Form below.
Customers are responsible for returned packages until USPS tracking confirms delivery. We cannot issue a refund for a return that is lost in transit, sent without tracking, or damaged because it was inadequately packaged.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Purchases Through Amazon or Other Marketplaces
Customers who purchased CollaGenesis through Amazon or another third-party marketplace are welcome to contact us for assistance. However, marketplace purchases remain subject to the return, refund, and communication procedures of the marketplace through which the order was placed.
For an Amazon order, please locate the order under Your Orders and use the Problem with order or Contact seller optio to communicate with us through Amazon’s messaging system. Please provide your complete order details, the product purchased, the reason for the request, and any requested photographs or supporting information.
We are happy to review qualifying concerns from Amazon customers and may provide assistance consistent with this policy when sufficient order information is available. However, any approved return,replacement, or refund for an Amazon purchase must be coordinated and processed through Amazon.
Do not mail an Amazon-purchased product directly to Synergy Source Labs unless we have provided specific return authorization and instructions through Amazon’s messaging system.
For purchases made through another marketplace, please begin by contacting us or requesting a return through that marketplace’s order-management system.
